Originally from Wildwood Nj, I have been in the kitchen since the age of 11.  From my mother, who was a former chef in Atlantic City, I took a liking toward the process of preparing meals.  I've learned through trial and error to know what goes together to make specific flavors stand out.  This is a skill that I have refined that I know you will benefit from.  I intend to be innovative while still having the willingness to expand my knowledge.  I look forward to creating your next great culinary experience.
